Abnormal Billing:

Before using the complaint form, you can submit your complaint directly to our Customer Service: the solution of the problem may be faster.

You can contact our operators at the numbers: toll-free 800 922 233 or 06/88843291 (For calls from mobile / abroad) from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00.
It is also possible to send a complaint even without using the appropriate form, provided that the communication contains the following data:

a) name and surname;
b) supply address;
c) postal address, if different from the supply address, or e-mail address for sending the written response;
d) service to which the written complaint refers (electricity, gas, both);
e) alphanumeric identification code of the electricity withdrawal point (POD) or natural gas redelivery point (PDR), where available or, if not available, the customer code;
f) brief description of the disputed facts.
